The central focus of the Tapia Conference is student development. The program includes stellar invited speakers, a student poster competition, and a daylong Doctoral Consortium that provides a highly technical and supportive environment where PhD students discuss their research and receive feedback from experts. New this year is a Corporate Scholarship program that will provide participating corporations more opportunity to directly sponsor and interact with students. The program provides several other opportunities to network and build relationships, including the opening networking orientation session, the poster reception, breaks, and the gala awards banquet and dance. « less
