Question about QCPMG pulse sequence in topspin 2.1 (Bruker AV III)
I'm testing QCPMG pulse sequence, the own sequence in the software package if for topspin 2.0. Then the pp posted on "pascal-man.com" was used. http://www.pascal-man.com/pulseprogram/avance3/cpmg-topspin.shtml
An error occured: "Error in Master: Error 67 in SGU1: -- SLOT 4 RACK A: Real-time instruction timing violation: DE time to short”. When I changed the DE to 20us, the error is still exist.
Can anyone who knows topspin 2.1 (Bruker AV III) well tell me the key points about the pp? Thx!

Bernie O. • what is your d3, d6 and l22? try digmod=baseopt and make sure you are using channel 1. What nucleus are you trying to observe?

Bernie O. • Also, check cnst1 and make sure it is not negative, check for any 0 values or negative timings.

Hailu Z. • Thax Bernie, I change the "digmod" to baseopt as you pointed out. The pp works well now. Recently, some guys are working on 195Pt in my lab.
