Project Circles – Investment opportunity in a Company which has patent applied for technology to convert a range of End of Life Plastics into liquid fuels (ELPD).
The Company has patented applied for technology. They have already an ELPD site operating in Ireland and have successfully agreed an exclusive contract with a highly reputable recycling and resource Management Company in the UK. This is for five more sites to open over the next 3 years with an option of possibly opening five further plants within the E.U. market.
Our client has also agreed with a major Canadian recycler for an option of 15 plants across Canada. This additional option means that our client now has a project pipeline for 25 plants which already represents half of their ten year plan in terms of plants.
This Technology is both a unique and profitable way of tackling the issue of plastic waste. The company has proven that a market exists by the sale of their output to Irish based fuel users.
Through this technology, the plastics that are sent to landfill or incinerated will produce synthetic fuels. Each plant will process up to 20 tonnes of ELP per day, producing 19,000 litres of high quality liquid fuels at the conversion rate of 95%. There will be throughput of 6,000 tonnes of plastic waste annually per plant.
Investment in the company is rewarded through equity. The investment will be for the support of existing operations of the contracted plants and to assist with advancement of the technology / engineering to further strengthen its position as a market leader. It will also be used to develop the business in the E.U., North America and the Middle East to establish plant projects within these areas.
