Network of PR Professionals is LinkedIn's oldest & largest networking group devoted exclusively to discussing the theory/practice of PR & marketing communication. With nearly 24,000 members, we're in the top 1/2 of 1 percent of all LI groups based on size. We have a highly diverse international membership. Every applicant's professional credentials are carefully screened.

LI lists our group as "active"—we top out at a manageable 50 discussions monthly. We have a consistently high comments-to-discussion ratio. We're LI's largest, exclusively PR-themed open group. All nonmember submissions/comments are moderated before they're posted.

We add an avg. of 50-100 new members weekly, so we're never starved for discussion content or comments. Many of our Discussions are how-to tips passed along from respected industry sites or publications, such as Ragan's PR and Forbes.

This group is tightly moderated. LI members interested in joining us are advised to review our Group Rules before applying.

You won't be bombarded with off-topic spam here—we don't permit posts about Webinars, events, job sites, resume tips & interviewing strategies unless they specifically apply to PR/mar-com. Members are not allowed to crow about their latest publicity successes (although case studies are welcomed), and we prohibit the posting of news releases. Solicitations are banned in our group.
