NSRIA is an exclusive professional networking consortium created for the unification and efficient networking of all Staffing, Recruitment & HR industry professionals.

The mission of the group: “To serve as an advocate to the Staffing & Recruitment industry- facilitating enhanced communication and strengthening the commitment of its networked members to work towards improving the reputation of the service they provide.” Its purpose is to provide introductions, referrals, advice and direction not only to its members but more importantly to the millions of people seeking employment opportunities.”

In 2010 NSRIA realized a synergy with another group, the Recruiters Guild, thus aligning their initiatives to achieve a common objective. Through this partnership with the Recruiters Guild, NSRIA has further defined its vision; focusing its networked member contributions towards “making a difference” and striving to alter the negative perceptions about recruiting and the recruiting industry as a collective.

The intent for this site is to be exclusive to “US Nationally based participants” - solely as a valuable resource to address the economic challenges and unemployment circumstances that Americans are presently facing.

NSRIA does however welcome International members with Staffing, HR or Recruiting industry experience to join and participate in its cause. The group provides an excellent forum in the sharing of best practices, communication and information gathering within the industry-by and between its members. If you are in the Staffing, HR and Recruiting Industry, you are highly encouraged to take this opportunity to network with your peers and make a difference.
