Commendable effort. We definitely would like to discuss how we worked very hard to help this company reach the pinnacle of success. A lot of water has flown under the bridge and the company is not the same any more and all our colleagues have left the organisation. Not sure who is left behind in the present set up. At least none of the people who mattered when the company was growing. Even now the processes we followed in Xerox (erstwhile Modi Xerox) are followed by others.

It is not just the professional attitude of the old Xerox personnel but the peronal side too. When I lost my husband years ago in 1991 June, my colleagues from Xerox visited me first and that included Ranjit and Suvir Ahuja. They brought the tiding from the management that I could choose my location for future service. If I wanted to stay on in Calcutta I could but I chose to return to Head Office and never regretted it. I still owe everything to this company.
