"Managing is not about getting people to do do what you want them to do; it’s about enabling them to do what they want to do and becoming the best they can be while doing it." Will Crist

This group will discuss how managers can transform their beliefs, attitudes, and behaviors so they get the outcomes they want. We will talk about the tools they need; systems they can use; and how to be personally accountable for making their team the best it can possibly be. Will Crist, the leader of the group says “When you know what a person really wants, and you find out what is getting the way, it is a lot easier to help them find success.” How do you help your team find success? Do you know what they want? How does that fit into what your are trying to accomplish in your business?
