Among its group membership it counts UK based and international professional and executive Interim Managers, Consultants and representatives across the spectrum of the Service Provider community including the IMA, the Recruitment Society and independent Providers.
Hosted by the Institute of Interim Management (IIM), which is an independent (not-for-profit) professional Institute, supporting and run by professional Interim Managers since April 2001.
Resolutely independent, this group stands for promoting the highest professional standards of Interim Management, within the community and to business. We share, mentor, network and focus on the supply of professional ‘value-add’ interim services. We champion and support the total spectrum of Interim Management without commercial agenda, as an independent 'not-for-profit' concern.
The current group membership consists of approximately 76% Interim Managers - 11% Service Providers - 8% Consultants - 5% Clients & Permanents.
The ethos of the group is to intelligently support each other, without spamming each other or inappropriately being a nuisance. Posting of adverts (as opposed to appropriate news articles) & general connection requests are not welcome on this group.
Group members do not have to be personal members of the Institute of Interim Management to fully participate. While we welcome support from existing and new Institute Interim Members & Service Provider Affiliate members, to fund our professional activities, this group is about supporting the Interim profession as a whole.
