A group for small theatre groups or self-producing performing artists from any country to network with each other, start discussions and also initiate exchanges. The focus is on those small theatre groups and/or self-producing artists who are working outside the mainstream on purpose and yet want to network with one another to make the experimental more accessible across borders, artistic and international. The person who initiated this group runs a small experimental theatre company in London but is originally from NYC and is struck by how little each city is exposed to the other's experiments and small theatre scenes. This group is an attempt to bridge those knowledge gaps. Anyone interested in this area of theatre is welcome to join as well, in order to see what small, independent theatres are doing and what discussions we are having. « less
