If you were starting a Private Equity firm and had 10M to invest by the end of this year- What would you invest into?

CEO at DebtStar Capital and the Rainstar Companies- "Providing Capital, Marketing Advisory and Investing in CRE/ Debt"

I am interested to hear what types of markets/ sectors you would focus on and why? Where do you see the greatest opportunities?

Feel free to send me an invite as I welcome all new connections!

Seriously, I would contact The Prescient Consulting Group in Tallahassee, FL and ask them. See www.theprescientconsultinggroup.com and then look under 'Portfolio' for their private candidate companies. This is what Prescient does is to find such gems.

    Hi Thom,

Would you send me an invite so we can connect?

Do the deals you work on mainly require an equity partner or a debt partner?

    Thanks!

    Hi Eric,

We run the Ultimate Real Estate Capital Network and a few of our members (hedge funds, private equity firms, family offices and venture capital groups) provide debt/equity funding for corporate finance. Our members normally prefer larger deals 1M and up and that is why I was asking you what deal size you are encountering.

Also do the companies have existing cash flow? Our members dont fund startups.

Review my profile for more details.

I would invest in strategic assets. For example, we are owners of 309.000 sq.meters of industrial land just one hour from Madrid, Spain, by highway. At this moment, the economic situation in Spain isn't good, but it's going to change. Next Eurovegas would implant in Madrid its new european headquarters, and yesterday Madrid was the favourite candidate to hold 2020 Olympic Games.... At this moment this kind of invest is interesting. Perhaps tomorrow not the same.

So, if you want to know more about our assets (industrial land, vineyards, concrete factories, etc), please contact me at jrdefrutos@terra.es and I'll be proud of helping you, and solving all your doubts or even questions.

Remember that we are the owner family, not an agency.

    Best regards,

    Jose Ramón de Frutos.
