I thought this thread was about exchanges ideas with other EA's to CEOs. However, it's just one big job advertisment. Very disappointing. Will go look for another group.

    I agree, what a disappointment! Experienced job hunters would not take any of these ads seriously anyways!

    I would have to agree with the two comments above. We are a small non-profit association and we don't often have opportunities to advance in our positions. I was really looking forward to some intelligent exchanges of best practices in this field. It appears that I will need to leave this group as well. So sorry this wasn't able to work.

    I'm finding the same with several of these groups. Once in a while I read a good exchange of information/discussion but mostly they are made up of advertising.

    I have to agree with all the posts above. I was hoping that this group would be more of a resource, but it's all recruiting. Maybe the group's leader should screen who can be a part of this group. I know other groups that do this to try to minimize "junk" posts.
