    I think I am going to try and cool down the defense mechanisms when comments are made in general meetings and assume no malice exists without first considering the possibility of ignorance.

    Watched the video (and I have read all of Lencioni's books). You nailed the Trust thing. We are taught that trust is earned, but in reality it is given (you entrust people with your trust). We have to realize that just because there are sometimes violations of trsut does not mean trust should be withheld - it may mean a different kind of trust (trust but verify) - but giving trust always makes wokring together better.
    Nicely done!
