Great examples of visually appealing Facebook career pages! Many, though, don't have an effective (or visually appealing!) way to share their open job listings via their FB page.

There is a solution - companies like Geico and Sony have started using TMJ for Pages, an app that imports your job openings into a tab on your Facebook page. Check it out: http://bit.ly/NkOrLH

While I find the article interesting, I find it odd that an article written about social media and presented online does not have live links to the Facebook pages it discusses.

Our clients are loving the facebook page app implementation, especially those that fit in seamlessly with Facebook, include some branding and customisation, and don't redirect the candidate off to other sites (e.g. work4labs to an ATS system). e.g. http://www.facebook.com/Bamfordcs/app_313119908724231

Keep the candidate experience good and give them reason to come back.
