Increased energy, fuel and supply costs are now beginning to become a part of regular life. Environmental pressures and constraints and the early impacts of climate change are changing the very fabric of business and forcing business change at an unprecedented rate. Companies are now under increasing pressure to demonstrate that they have robust and verifiable sustainable/environmental/Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policies/strategies in place. Environmental issues now represent a significant source of business risk.

HW Fisher Sustainability Group works with our clients to produce bespoke sustainability strategies. A sustainability strategy is a continual piece of work that commits an organisation to minimising the impact of its business activities on the environment. It incorporates CSR, Energy and Carbon Targets, Stakeholder Engagement, Sustainable Procurement and a continually evolving raft of best practice information. We take a four strand approach to developing and implementing a sustainability strategy. Clients can engage in anything from just one of these services to all four.

* Energy & Carbon Audit– Provides a baseline carbon footprint for the business and is a bespoke product focused to your business needs.
* Solutions Audit– Focuses entirely on management and reduction of your emissions. We have at least 60 solutions that could be relevant to your business and are designed to reduce carbon emissions and facilitate cost savings.
* Additional Sustainability Services – This can involve PR,CSR creation/support, setting up and implementing Environmnetal Management Systems or sustainability strategies, sustainable procurement tools or ISO 14001/BS8555 support.
* Training – Engagement an exploration of these wide and varied topics through education management, employees, customers and suppliers in the adoption phase of a sustainability strategy. « less
