Branch Manager - Auto Insurance Sales Reps

We are a large rapidly growing company offering top-of-the-line auto insurance services. Our tremendous growth has created a need for additional Branch Managers. Our Organization is very demanding, very goal-orientated and we only seek highly driven and motivated individuals. You must have the desire to succeed and commitment to beat quotas, and the ability to coach others to have the same. You must have proven ability to drive new customer sales and prior success managing sales staff in a competitive retail environment.

Branch Managers Requirements:

Desire and dedication for a long term professional career
Strong closing skills and willingness to prospect
Excellent interpersonal communications skills
Good phone skills, exceptional listening skills and above average problem solving ability
Active Auto Insurance License required
Bilingual Spanish skills a plus
