Educational-based games are rapidly emerging as a tool to stimulate learning among not only K-12, but also college students and within distance learning platforms for adult learners.

How can what we learn from games improve student persistence, retention, and success? How can games and gamification help transform curriculum and lead to greater student engagement and better learning outcomes?

This group is for professionals within the higher education and educational technology industries that are looking to network, learn and interact within others in the field, and share valuable insight.

The discussions within this group will be used to guide topics addressed at Excelsior College’s annual “Video Games in Higher Education” symposium, held each May.
