Facebook for sourcing vs. personal use
I've been wrestling with this for awhile now, and I think this is the perfect group to which I should present this argument.
Facebook has become almost as popular as LinkedIn as a sourcing tool, however I'm reticent to jump in because I'm very active on FB in my personal life, and would prefer that the twain not meet. I suppose I could just create another professional profile, but wouldn't this defeat the purpose as I'd have to start all over again with building up a new network?
Anyone else had this struggle and found a solution? Your thoughts, suggestions, best practices would be greatly appreciated!
