Between August 2011 and January 2012, Profact, a market research firm, conducted a survey – on behalf of HRMinfo.net (the leading (online) community in Belgium for HR professionals) and BizPlaza.eu – to determine the way companies in Belgium and the rest of Europe do and manage employer branding as well as the critical success factors needed.
The (English) report provides detailed information and insight into all relevant questions related to the reasons why companies and other organisations do/don’t do) employer branding and how they go about it.
In addition to the results of the Profacts survey, this report also looks at other recent reports and comparative studies regarding employer branding.
An important survey is that of the Employer Brand Top 100 Annual Survey 2011 in the Netherlands and Belgium (conducted by Employer Brand Insights and communication agency RCA amongst the top 100 companies in these two countries). Also included is the Employer branding global study 2010 & 2011 (by Collective Learning Australia), conducted amongst more than 1500 companies in Europe, Asia and the USA.
