Effectiveness of Interim Management Supply Models
What are the most important subjective and objective metrics for evaluating the effectiveness of supply models over the interim assignment life cycle?
For example, supply models might include intermediaries (e.g. managed service providers, recruiters, search-based providers, specialist providers and one-man bands) collaborative networks and direct.
Scope should include focus on time, cost, quality and key milestones, from the perspectives of key stakeholders, i.e. clients, intermediaries and interims.
