Do you know that LinkedIn can close your account if the name field of your account reflects information other than your first and last name. The LinkedIn User Agreement requires use of true names...
Here is the situation where a lot of people could get into trouble:
In a recent review of your profile, the name field of your account reflects information other than your first and last name. The LinkedIn User Agreement requires use of true names rather than pseudonyms, business names, associations, or groups when registering on our site.
User Agreement:
http://www.linkedin.com/static?key=user_agreement
We believe that any information other than first and last names in the name fields compromises our site and the service that we offer; therefore, I have restricted the profile in question.
Please reply with the email address for your valid account where your first and last name is listed and I will transfer the group to this account. Once this action is completed the profile in question will be closed.

Daniel L. T. • Linkedin just cited me for this! I corrected my account. I have only been on Linkedin for two months & within 20 minutes I documented 10 offenders. Now; how can we have this enforced on everyone?

They can close it for your name - for your Picture or Company Logo, etc etc etc etc, or JUST BECAUSE they are linkedin and they want to.

I think its current business model and design are very much oriented towards recruiters and job seekers. If that continues to be the case, it will also restrict its fast growth opportunities to embrace more professionals to continue using its platform and open up opportunities for other social networking sites.
