The Whole-Scale Change methodology is practiced around the world to bring about rapid, sustainable change in organizations and communities. Our approach allows those who want to lead or facilitate change efforts to develop a customized apporach to convening issues based on a proven set of models and theories. This group exists to provide a forum for the exchange of ideas about system change using this method. You do not have to be a practitioner of the Whole-Scale approach to join; just a person willing to explore its concepts and then see how they can support whatever approach to system change works for you. The group is moderated by the partners of Dannemiller Tyson Associates who pioneered this approach. The Whole-Scale term is used to describe a way of addressing the whole system while working at any scale from 5 persons in a board room to 500 in a ballroom. « less
