Membership in this group includes (in no particular order):

(i) External advisers who provide dedicated services directly to client boards of directors and/or board committees (e.g., external auditors; compensation/ remuneration consultants; retained director search personnel; governance and proxy advisers; geologists; actuaries; sustainability assurance providers; and regulators/ inspectorate);

(ii) Internal advisers within an organization who provide assurance activities to the board of directors or to a board committee (e.g., head of internal audit; company secretary; general counsel; and senior human resource and risk officers, or their equivalents); and

(iii) Current or prospective board and committee members who retain and receive such assurance and advisory services.

Members are encouraged to contribute, share and network with peers on new or emerging developments in the areas of governance regulation; board composition and diversity; integrity and tone-at-the top; strategic planning; risk governance; financial oversight and reporting; governance of executive compensation; governance of sustainability and other non-financial risks and reporting; shareholder engagement; and the governance of stakeholder relations. Members are respectfully asked to refrain from promotion.
