ARKive is the world's centralised digital library of photos, videos and fact-files of endangered species - accessible and free for all to use.

Through the emotive power of wildlife films and photographs, ARKive is promoting a greater understanding and appreciation of the natural world and the need for its conservation to protect endangered species.

Join ARKive’s group to discuss wildlife photography and filmmaking including their impact on conservation issues. Topics could include:

- Wildlife photography and filmmaking (including tips, ethics, your favourites, latest developments)

- Wildlife imagery and its effect on conservation

- Films or photographs you feel inspire people to protect the natural world

-How best to raise awareness about endangered species/biodiversity

- Endangered species/environmental education

We work with the very best natural history filmmakers and photographers in the business, alongside key environmental organisations, leading academic institutions and individual scientists. Our website provides a free environmental education for everyone - from scientists and conservationists to the general public and school children.

ARKive is an initiative of Wildscreen, a charity working globally to promote an appreciation of biodiversity and nature through the power of wildlife imagery. « less
