Pierre E. N. • Idea feedback (perhaps interesting to use for your world café?)
For 2 weeks I attend Global Service Jam (Service Design) where we designed a "Super Hero". It was for me a nice testing zone for ideation.
Objective was to build a clear Vision starting from this simple topic "super hero".
Here the process:
- Brainstorming: each participant brainstormed during 30' and leave its own vision to the others
- World Cafe: during 1 hour, people self-organized in teams and brainstormed another sequence on the topic
- Prune Tree: during 1 hour: according to World Cafe outputs, people are sticking post-it notes on the tree and argue in a Wideband Delphi. When the last person gives its input, a consensus was found.
- Interesting: the Vision was emerging at the upper side of the Prune Tree trunk
- Visioning: emerging vision has been redesigned into an Elevator Statement to make it "True Northly" and shareable.
NB: it's a part of my Service Design workshops ;b))
Check out if it helps!
Cheers
Pierre
NB2: waiting on my contract dates and not sure to attend Madrid in May. Have a great time!

Oana J. • Hi Vasco,
Great "call for ALE vision contribution" framework, I'd like to use it for FR if you're ok. #InstantAdoption ;

Pablo P. • Oana, I will be in Madrid, If I can help just tell me.
Oana
Oana J. • Great Pablo, good news. You can though represent the ALE Network French group at ALE's world café ( Ale and café does marry together? Sorry, couldn't miss that ;-)). I'd like to launch that on Vasco's model : support facilitation of local ALE Vision workshops and find a framework to consolidate. The big challenge is time, I think we're running out of it, so we need to identify what is most valuable to us. Will get back to you in the next couple of days.

Laurent B. • I'll be in Madrid. Come see my talk Wednesday morning on "The Forty Year Crisis", which will be a great opportunity to frame the entire ten-year history of Agile for subsequent discussion and input on what the ALE network could aspire to.
Locally, I'm happy to offer Institut Agile's help for collecting ideas from the French community.
Pablo
Pablo P. • great news Laurent. Should we meet all together the 31 at the scrumday in Paris ?
Oana
Oana J. • Crossed contacts today (phone/mail) with Pablo and Laurent about talking about ALE Network at ScrumDay. Of course, that's a good opportunity for us to meet all and discuss altogether. I'll sort out a logistic proposal for doing so and keep you posted.

Oana J. • Here is a group discussion space for France Aglilists willing to participate to ALE genesis :
http://groups.google.com/group/alenetworkfr
I'll invite the people form French section of the big list to join, but if they could confirm me the interest, would be nicer.
There's also a site available for sharing other type or resources (e.g. results of regional gatherings, etc)
https://sites.google.com/site/alenetworkfr/
To all people willing to participate, I propose aka "OpenTalk" on 31st about how we can acquire an accurate picture of French Agilists vision, purpose and expectations of Agile Lean Europe Net. How that can be represented .
Thanks Laurent and Pablo for pair facilitation volunteering.
Help from regions is warmly welcomed.
...And here you'll finally find out what ALE stands for;-)
