    Several years ago I learned that the only way I could force a standing, weekly meeting to improve was to simply not attend any more. That really got a lot of attention and caused some major debate, but in the end it proved to be the act that caused change.

    And the Top 5 Bad Habits are…
    I posted this same discussion in various Groups and over the past 3 weeks I have been counting up all the comments and suggested “bad habits.” From a total of 336 responses, here are the Top 5 most disliked Bad Habits…
    (1)– Lack of Agenda / Stated Purpose

    (2)– Distractions (phones, laptops, etc…)

    (3)– No Actions Assigned or Completed

    (4)– Poor Time Management

    (5)– Wrong people attending / not attending
