The 100 Black Men of America, Inc. (100) has created programs which provide an environment where young people are encouraged and motivated to achieve. They receive knowledge that aids in their maturing into practical, self-sufficient, and responsible shareholders in the economic and social dynamics of their communities.

The 100 has 110 chapters, located in the United States, United Kingdom, and the Caribbean; and we have interest groups in Canada, South America and on the African Continent. Our members number over 10,000, and include: educators, corporate executives, elected officials, physicians, attorneys, entrepreneurs, and men from numerous other professions. We serve more than 125,000 youth through its five major program components, which include: Mentoring, Economic Development, Education, Health and Wellness, and Leadership Development. The accomplishments made through these programs have allowed the 100 to gain notable prominence as one of the world's leading organizations for mentoring youth.

The hallmarks of the 100 are self-help and sweat equity. The men of the 100 Black Men of America, Inc. are dedicated to giving their time and having a physical presence in the lives of those they serve.
