March 8, 2000 - Internet Capital Group said it would buy a majority stake in RightWorks and would pay $22 million in cash and $635 million, or 4.5 million shares, of ICG stock. March 9, 2001 - In a deal struck late Thursday, i2 has agreed to acquire RightWorks for $114 million in stock.
