Zijdebalen Theater is a new events venue in the centre of Utrecht. A venue with an industrial past and formerly known as ''Houten Hart" of the Dutch wood manufacturer Jongeneel. The venue has 1850 m2 to be filled in. There are no obstacles and every event organizer, event manager or company can fill in the event he/she likes. Next to Zijdebalen Theater is a large free parking lot and across the Zijdebalen Theater there's another hall of 900 m2. These 2 venues can be linked by i.e. a walkway or other types of temporary corridors.
