Western Summit Constructors, Inc. (WSCI) is a premier environmental contractor, building municipal and industrial water and wastewater facilities and associated pipelines throughout the United States. At nearly thirty years old, we’ve established a solid reputation as one of the finest in the industry.
Originally an offshoot of Western Empire Constructors, Inc., WSCI was formed in 1981 as a separate corporation to handle heavy industrial projects. In 1993 WSCI joined TIC Holdings, Inc. (TICH), as a wholly owned subsidiary, allowing the company to benefit from its association with TICH, while still functioning independently. After a merger at the end of 2008, TICH now operates under the Kiewit Corporation. WSCI’s corporate offices are in Denver, Colorado; with additional offices in Atlanta, Georgia; Albuquerque, New Mexico; and two in Texas, in Fort Worth and Houston. We have projects ranging in size from $400,000 to nearly $200 million.
Even as we grow and expand, our philosophy remains the same. WSCI is dedicated to exceeding client expectations by producing at a high level of quality and safety, meeting project deadlines, and offering fair pricing. A true general contractor, we take responsibility for every project from conception through completion, and we self-perform the majority of the work: earthwork, structural concrete, yard pipe, process piping, process equipment, metals installation, pipeline, tunneling and boring. This allows us to manage projects more closely, keeps us more competitive, and offers employees a broad range of opportunities.
