After studying Interior Design at Virginia Tech, she garnered 12 years of experience at Circuit City, where she was most recently an Assistant Art Director for the company’s Creative Advertising Department. West Cary Group In case you missed it in yesterday's Richmond Times Dispatch, West Cary Group announced the hire of Elizabeth Sundberg, Project Manager. She is a VCU alumna (GO RAMS!) with a degree in Political Science and History. After graduation, she spent 12 years in marketing communications, product marketing and strategic business development roles for a leading global hand tool manufacturer. West Cary Group Debra Fitzgerald has been promoted to vice president, creative manager, West Cary Group Rhythm at West Cary Group. She has been with the firm since 2007. She gains executive status as the leader of Rhythm, a specialized team of designers, proofreaders and editors that offers a range of creative services, including full-service production and fulfillment capabilities, often for high-volume projects.

West Cary Group Chase Thompson has been promoted to senior creative director and copy chief at West Cary Group. She has been with the firm since 2009. She supervises the development and execution of the agency's conceptual work, public relations efforts and supervises the copywriting team. She was formerly a creative director and copy chief.

A team member for nearly 2½ years, she will assume the added responsibility of overseeing the creative team to help develop creative, design, multimedia, production and marketing products for agency clients. She was formerly senior art director.
