Members may upgrade to suitePod, a web-hosted application that manages all aspects of an independent wellness practice: client history, HIPAA compliance, intake forms, appointments, reminders, payment and treatment notes.

Those who subscribe to suitePod may also register for Wellx unique Safety Check service. Providers who find themselves in an uncertain location or situation, simply text ‘start’ to their Safety Check phone number. Wellx looks up their current appointment, so it knows the location and end time. If the provider does not text their pin by the end of their appointment plus the buffer period setup at registration, Wellx texts emergency contacts with appointment location.

Members may also purchase competitively priced professional and general liability insurance, plus purchase supplies at a discount from such major suppliers Massage Warehouse and Gaiam.
