During 25 years of working with organizations developing cultures for success, culture expert Carolyn Taylor crafted and refined a comprehensive methodology focused on all aspects of building a culture. This methodology is called Walking the Talk. It provides ground-breaking tools, training and techniques to support the leadership, management and support of culture initiatives in organizations.
Our mission is to make culture do-able. We are a “no magic” firm, and we make sure what we do is accessible, transferrable and achievable. We especially focus on training for HR professionals, who, as strategic business partners, need to be fully equipped to lead the culture development process and support business leaders in their strategic imperatives.
Our products relate help clients align culture so that it will support future goals. We cover defining target culture, culture assessment, culture planning. We offer tools for different cultural priorities: Achievement, One-Team, Customer-Centricity, People-First, Innovation, Greater Good. We address a range of key circumstances of culture – mergers, rapid growth, a change of leader, virtual teams, early stage culture development and change weariness.
We operate globally through an indirect business model providing products which are sold and delivered through authorised partners. Our framework is a solid platform to which partners can attach their services in a way that our joint customers benefit from an aligned and systemic approach. In addition to Walking the Talk products, our partners offer their own specialised services in areas which contribute to culture development: leadership, HR process, internal communication, recruitment, etc.
We have seen that clients who implement the Walking the Talk methodologies experience an improvement in employee engagement/climate scores and an increase in rigor, open-ness, accountability, collaboration and learning in their business operations.
