With 25 production units in Brazil and seven in North America, where more than eight thousand employees work, Votorantim Cimentos invests heavily in innovation, technology and quality. The company markets more than 40 products in Brazil in the areas of construction solutions. Among its main brands are Votoran, Itau, Poty, Tocantins and Aratu. In the mortar line, it operates under the brand name Votomassa. In the lime line, it markets the brands Itau and Votoran. In 2004, Votorantim Cimentos reached a level of R$4.8 billion in net revenue, maintaining leadership in the cement and concrete markets, where it operates through Engemix.
