Vantage Point Properties focuses on delivering customized, mixed-use and office projects in premiere locations. Among our current projects are two retail centers: MarketPlace at Kellogg and Andover Road and Stonebridge at 37th and Maize Road; and Lakeside at the Waterfront, an upscale office complex in which Vantage Point Properties developed three, multi-story office buildings ranging in size from 29,000 to 40,000-square-feet.
