v-shesh is an early stage social enterprise working to improve access to job and other income generating opportunities.
v-shesh’s work involves connecting:
a) Non-metro based educated first time job seekers to training and employment opportunities - as part of Livelihood Services
b) Individuals from BoP to income generating opportunities in selling products - as part of Market Access Services
v-shesh’s livelihood services assist organisations hiring educated entry level staff in non-metros by reducing time and cost to hire and significantly lower levels of retention. v-shesh currently offers Livelihood Services from its centres in Varanasi (UP), Indore (MP) and Bhubaneswar (Orrisa).
v-shesh assists firms in reaching rural markets by building distribution models using channels like India Post, MFI/ SHG networks etc. v-shesh work in building such channels has been in states of Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh.
