The Union League Civic & Arts Foundation (CAF) supports young artists and encourages civic responsibility initiatives in the Chicago metropolitan community. In 1949, members from the civic minded organization, the Union League Club of Chicago, founded CAF as a separate, not-for-profit organization.
Our mission is to develop and promote programs that support education, civic responsibility and the arts for children and young adults in the Chicago Metropolitan area. Our emphasis is on programs that the Foundation initiates, develops and funds. Our programs target financial need and merit.
CAF currently host arts competitions for children and young adults. We also offer selected civic programs for children, educators and families in the area of civic responsibility.
