Along with our traditional array of bonbon's and pate de fruit, some of our other products are a play on Americana nostalgia...high end imitations of mallowmars, smores, ring dings (Dingdong's), chocolate rice crispies and chocolate animal crackers.
Our chocolatier/pastry chef, Jean-François Bonnet, was the Executive Pastry Chef at Restaurant Daniel in NYC for 3 years before joining Tumbador Chocolate.
We also make a couple of non-chocolate items like our fruit and nut bar that is absolutely exquisite.
