Tidningskompaniet was acquired by the Bonnier-owned content agency, Spoon in March 2012.
Spoon has been one of our most talented competitors and we look forward to developing together as one company. The new agency will have around 120 employees in two offices - in Stockholm and Gothenburg.
We will continue to do what we do best and have a strong passion for - packaging editorial content in all media outlets, both print and digital.
The difference is that we now have stronger clout in the industry, to challenge any competitors that may appear – from TV production companies or advertising agencies – as the industry continues to develop and grow. We will also receive more strategic competence, including a planning department and more digital developers.
