Diana Wright opened her first staffing agency in Shreveport, Louisiana in 1990. In 1995, she then decided to move her business to Northwest Arkansas. Since that time The Right Solutions has grown to become one of the largest suppliers of medical staff in the country.
Our corporate offices are located in Tontitown, Arkansas where we have a staff of over 65 professional employees eager to provide excellent customer service to Healthcare Professionals and facilities alike.
