The Oath Project aims to change the way business leaders themselves, the academic institutions that prepare them, and the organizations in which they work, think about the true responsibilities and reach of management. Using the oath as a foundation for transformational change, The Oath Project provides the tools necessary to integrate the concepts behind the oath into the culture, core values, and day-to-day operations of both academic institutions and corporations. The Oath Project supports and enhances the efforts of the individuals and organizations that are pursuing this mission.
The Oath Project believes that one day all business leaders will hold themselves to the higher standard of integrity and service to society that is the hallmark of a true professional. Both the schools that prepare them and the organizations in which they work will understand the reach, responsibility, and impact managers have on the livelihood of their many stakeholders.
