These “Associates”, most of whom are happily semi-retired, contract with The Network on a job-to job basis, keeping our overhead low and allowing The Network to provide the highest quality work at an economical cost for our customer base.
Telephone Support
Telephone support is available 24/7/365. When you call for support you will be asked what equipment, the manufacturer and model. You will then be asked what type of problem you are having, mechanical, electrical or software. Based on your answers we will search our database for Associate Technicians who can help you, we will page them and they will contact you.
Engineering
Engineering services are available from industry engineers. These Associates can help you make modifications to your existing equipment, provide upgrades or help you redesign your workflow.
On-site Technical Support
On-site technical support is available to help you with maintenance, rebuilds, relocation of equipment, training or evaluation.
Relocation
Relocation services for production equipment, all types from the front end to the loading dock, all makes and all models.
Consulting
The Network can also provide custom equipment consulting, engineering, and layout drawings for your production projects.
