Product Overview
The Copas family have been producing luxury Christmas turkeys since 1957 and exclusively supply Britain's best butchers, farm shops, deli's and food halls.
Centuries-old production methods, which including plucking by hand and game-hanging for two weeks, are still used to guarantee a deliciously dense, yet succulent meat with a full traditional flavour.
Despite seasonal availability, purpose-built facilities provide product consistency and traceability, together with complete customer assurance, through SALSA accreditation and independent inspections from the MHS, FSA and TFTA. Organic certification is through OF&G.
