Terra Pacific Waste Management is a trash services company focused on reducing trash/waste expense for new and existing properties- we are not a trash hauler. In apartments, we work with many different companies like Irvine Company, Western National, BRE, Lincoln Properties and your organization. We also have a big commercial presence with accounts like Kaiser Permanente, McDonalds, Fashion Island Mall, Nordstrom, Frito Lay, and the L.A. Unified School District. The company started in 1978 as a provider of trash equipment and recycling equipment. In the past 3-4 years, we have turned into a 3rd party consulting/services company that looks after our clients best interests.
