certification. Nearly 5% of the company’s gross revenues are invested inemployee training, continuing education and technical certification.An aggressive training and technical readiness program keeps consultants up-to-date with evolving technologies and technical certification is required of all tenured employees.
In addition to financial support for tuition and
certifications, managers and senior staff members are encouraged to mentor less experienced teammates. Our intranet provides a shared knowledge base of tutorials and information produced by and for our TCSC team. -
SERVICE READINESS TRAINING
TCSC believes excellence means more than improving technical
skill and ability which is why we’ve established regular seminars to educate and inspire our employees to assess individual and corporate readiness,necessary to plan and execute professional and personal goals.
