We made the decision is August of 2002 to make these lists available to the lien and deed buying public at very reasonable prices, thereby giving the lien and deed buyer a computer readable list without having to go to the expense of having the list keyed.
Our real world experience is made available through a series of manuals. Unlike a number of such offerings, these manuals are detailed explanations of the statutes involved in each state and include current contact information for the taxing jurisdictions. They are designed to work in tandem with The Comprehensive Guide to Tax Sales which covers everything from bidding methods, due diligence, to servicing the portfolio. The average state manual is about 30 pages and the Comprehensive Guide is over 120 pages in length.
