Success With People, Inc. was founded in 2004 by David Russell. After 30 years of business experience with numerous companies, David decided to write a book on how to manage employees, called Success With People. His ideas received enough praise to inspire another creation, Success With People Consulting.

Over the years, Success With People, Inc. has evolved from a simple consulting company into a multifaceted corporation that provides services like executive coaching, employee and executive training, employee workplace surveys (Best Tech Workplaces), and peer group facilitation. Also, David Russell and Success With People have created and sell performance management software, called MANAGEtoWIN.

Clients include Microsoft, Cisco, Intel, Ingram Micro, Tech Data, Catalyst Telecom and other technology partner organizations, also have worked with non-profit NGOs, accounting firms, food manufacturers, churches, and even a veterinarian.
