Stark Aerospace is a global aerospace defense contractor located in Columbus, Mississippi, at the GTR Global Industrial Aerospace Park. Stark currently operates three divisions: Unmanned Aerial Systems, Sensors, and Engineering.
Stark’s Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) division is made up of both UAS production and flight services. Stark produces the Heron and the Hunter MQ-5B Unmanned Aerial Systems. Stark’s Flight Services team operates the Heron in support of the U.S. Government.
The Electro-Optics team in Stark’s Sensors division is performing assembly and repairs of Plug-In Optronic Payloads (POP), including the POP300, POP300D, POP300i, and POP300LR. In addition to the POP, Stark’s family of sensors includes the MiniPOP, MiniPOP-D, MicroPOP, and Ground Target Acquisition and Designation Systems (GTADS). These payloads are used in the war on terror, as well as for law enforcement, naval, and other surveillance needs.
Stark’s Engineering Division-AMI specializes in aerodynamic, hydraulic, and stress load analysis. This division is also involved in preliminary aerospace design and engineering software development.
Through expanded production, flight services, and broadened U.S.-based engineering support, Stark continues to provide exceptional products and services that protect our armed forces.
