Southern Ventures Corporation is a diversified real estate development company located in Fort Walton Beach, FL. Founded in 1976 by CEO Lowell C. Larson, Jr., SVC has grown from a small home-building business into a home, apartment and hotel development, construction and management enterprise.
SVC is comprised of four departments that make up our corporation:
Venture Development oversees the in-house formulation, design, drafting and construction development of large scale projects such as apartment communities and hotels.
Venture Residential manages our various apartment communities in the northwest Florida panhandle, including Cayo Grande Apartments - Ft. Walton Beach, Cayo Grande Apartments - Navarre, Chez Elan ~ Fine Apartments and Riverwood Apartments.
Venture Hospitality is the arm of our company that administers our hotel operations, consisting of the Cayo Grande Suites Hotel and the Hampton Inn in Navarre, FL.
Venture Service facilitates various aspects of our company, as well as third-party contracted work. Service First Group is responsible for the maintenance of our properties, as well as offering general, mechanical and plumbing contracting. Craftsman Homes builds our first-rate homes, leaning on nearly 35 years worth of experience in the home building industry. Brooks Realty, the premier brokerage for Craftsman Homes, is also a full real estate brokerage servicing the northwest Florida panhandle.
