Source started out in 2004 with a mission to become the recruitment agency of choice for Creative Communications people.
Since then, we’ve carved out a reputation as a respected recruitment partner, making thousands of successful connections, continually growing our network and engaging with the market.
We do this by bringing clients and candidates together, of course, but also through personal contacts, sponsoring events and offering selected insight services at no cost, to support the only industry we serve, when it needs it.
We’re proud of our service and success. But while delivery for our clients and candidates is vital, it’s never at the expense of our ethics or quality-driven approach.
People like us, because as well as getting the job done, we treat everyone with equal importance and respect. We’re not a commodities broker, after all, but a company that helps develop people’s careers and grow businesses, which in the right hands, can be a painless, and dare we say it, even enjoyable process.
