The company was formed by Eugene McElhatton and Pascal Blanc, who both played a major role in the launch of Procurra Solutions and we have worked together since 2001, when we both worked at the WorldWide Retail Exchange (WWRE), which later became Agentrics LLC, when WWRE merged with GlobalNet Exchange in 2005.
